  • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (for extra heat)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat gently while whisking until smooth and emulsified. Do not boil. Keep warm until ready to toss with wings. For extra thick sauce, reduce for 5 minutes. Best used fresh but can be refrigerated for 1 week. Reheat gently before using.
