Ingredients
7 items- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (for extra heat)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat gently while whisking until smooth and emulsified. Do not boil. Keep warm until ready to toss with wings. For extra thick sauce, reduce for 5 minutes. Best used fresh but can be refrigerated for 1 week. Reheat gently before using.
