8 items- 15 cherry bomb peppers
- 1/2 cup cherry juice or cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- 1Remove stems from cherry bomb peppers. Roast until slightly charred. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Simmer for 15 minutes. The cherry juice complements the pepper's natural sweetness. Adjust thickness with water. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
