9 items- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed for milder heat
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- 1Blend all ingredients until very smooth and creamy. No cooking needed! The avocado makes it rich and creamy while mellowing the jalapeño heat. Adjust consistency with water or more sour cream.
