Ingredients
9 items- 2-3 ghost peppers (bhut jolokia), stems removed
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- 1WARNING: Wear gloves! Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Cool completely before bottling. This sauce is EXTREMELY hot - use drops, not spoonfuls. Refrigerate for up to 2 months.
