  • 2-3 ghost peppers (bhut jolokia), stems removed
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup mango nectar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  1. 1WARNING: Wear gloves! Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Cool completely before bottling. This sauce is EXTREMELY hot - use drops, not spoonfuls. Refrigerate for up to 2 months.
