9 items- 1 cup gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. No cooking needed! The sauce thickens as it sits. For thinner consistency, add more water. For a cooked version, simmer for 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month. The flavors develop over time.
