Ingredients
9 items- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Roast jalapeños until charred. Blend all ingredients except black pepper until smooth. Stir in cracked black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. The bright lemon flavor pairs surprisingly well with the jalapeño heat. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
