  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1Roast jalapeños, bell pepper, and unpeeled garlic under broiler until charred all over, about 15 minutes. Place peppers in a covered bowl to steam for 10 minutes. Peel garlic and remove pepper skins and seeds. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
