Ingredients
9 items- 15 red jalapeño peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- 1Roast jalapeños, bell pepper, and unpeeled garlic under broiler until charred all over, about 15 minutes. Place peppers in a covered bowl to steam for 10 minutes. Peel garlic and remove pepper skins and seeds. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
