Ingredients
9 items- 15 serrano peppers, stems removed
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Taste and adjust sweetness, sourness, or saltiness as needed. Pour into sterilized bottles. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
